The Law School’s Alumni and Moot Court Bench Cocktail Party was held on Friday, 20 October 2006. Dean Moens gave a welcoming speech and emphasised the need for the Law School to keep in touch with its Alumni, who were described by him as ‘Ambassadors’. The Chief Justice of the Moot Court Bench, Jeff Geoghan, outlined the activities of the Bench in 2006. Vicky Dodds, the University’s Director of Development, also addressed the participants. The function was supported by the Law School, the Moot Court Bench, the University’s Alumni Office and the Office of the Director of Development. Approximately 60 people attended the function.
