MURDOCH ACADEMIC PRESENTS AT MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

Dr Augusto Zimmermann, Lecturer in Constitutional Law, has recently returned from a major international conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Dr Zimmermann was a guest speaker at the III Congresso de Direito Adminstrativo da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro (III International Congress of Administrative Law of the City of Rio de Janeiro), which took place in mid-November.

The conference was attended by around 400 people, including high-ranking public authorities, law professors from a number of countries, judges, lawyers and law students. The conference was hosted by the city’s Attorney-General’s office, and displayed an outstanding quality of debate.
