Dr John Mugambwa

Associate Professor

Associate Professor John Mugambwa is a graduate of Makerere University, Uganda, LLB (honours); Yale University, LLM; and The Australian National University, PhD. Dr Mugambwa has taught in Universities in Africa, Papua New Guinea and Australia. His research interest is mainly in Australian land law; land law and land tenure in developing countries; and British colonial land law and policy.

Research:

Dr Mugambwa’s research interest is mainly in Australian land law; land law and land tenure in developing countries; and British colonial land law and policy. He has also a general research interest in aspects of commercial law.
