Administration Officer
Rhonda joined SCALES in 1997 as an Admin volunteer. In 1999, she commenced paid employment as part time Admin Assistant and holiday relief for the Admin Officer, and in July 2004 commenced the full time position of Administration Officer.
As Administration Officer, Rhonda is first contact at SCALES and her wonderful sense of humour and compassion are great examples to the staff and students on treating the people who approach SCALES for assistance with respect and dignity. She works closely with the students in their administration orientation as well supervises the performance of students in their administrative duties. Rhonda is also responsible for the client database CLSIS as well as the management of client files.
